You will support payroll and workforce management solutions while translating complex requirements into scalable, practical designs. - Lead end-to-end business process sessions for proposed designs
- Identify system limitations, gaps, and support requirements
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
- Support payroll and workforce management solutions

Requirements:

- Proven Solution Architect experience in Global Payroll implementations
- Experience with Time & Attendance implementations
- Strong payroll legislation and compliance understanding across regions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred
