This founding Forward Deployed Engineer role turns undefined customer challenges into autonomous, high-impact learning agents. You will combine customer-centered communication with rapid prototyping, systems architecture, and production delivery. Docebo’s workplace includes the Agent Hub, LLM providers, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, React, and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate customer challenges into reusable AI platform capabilities
- Prototype and iterate from customer feedback
- Architect integrations with customer systems and Agent Hub




- Define technical roadmaps and cross-functional organization design
- Shape founding FDE culture and operating discipline

Requirements:

- Five or more years of production full-stack software experience
- Agentic AI or LLM production deployment experience
- Confidence making decisions amid ambiguity
- Strong architecture experience with distributed systems
- Familiarity with modern engineering and multi-LLM tooling
