EY seeks a Senior Manager for its Canadian Strategy & Value Creation team within EY-Parthenon. You will evaluate competitive positioning, market attractiveness, industry disruption, and investment opportunities for corporate and private equity clients. The position combines engagement leadership, business development, team development, and strategic recommendations linked to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute engagements across the service portfolio
- Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities
- Support commercial and investment due diligence through market assessment




- Translate recommendations into measurable improvements and business outcomes
- Support practice initiatives including Learning, Operations, Resourcing, and Recruitment

Requirements:

- Engineering, Finance, or Commerce undergraduate degree preferred
- Eight years’ experience ideally in consulting, strategy, or investing
- Sector knowledge in financial services, retail, energy, or related areas
- Advanced Excel modelling and data visualization capabilities
- Organization, adaptability, curiosity, and deadline-management skills
