You will guide vision, roadmap, positioning, go-to-market contribution, and customer validation. The scope also includes Calico’s evolution as the L3/L4 networking and security layer for AI workloads and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own high-impact Lynx product vision and roadmap workstreams
- Define competitive positioning across AI agent security and Kubernetes
- Contribute to sales-led and partner-led go-to-market motions
- Conduct structured discovery with enterprise accounts and security teams




- Partner with engineering and marketing on execution and messaging

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in product management
- Senior ownership of technical infrastructure or security products
- Fluency in LLM, MCP, tool-calling, and AI infrastructure
- Kubernetes networking, security, eBPF, OIDC, and service-mesh expertise
- Enterprise sales enablement, buyer engagement, and partner co-selling experience
