Lead mechanical engineering delivery from AtkinsRéalis’ Port Elgin office or Bruce Power site, applying design leadership and nuclear engineering expertise. Support work for the Bruce Power nuclear power station.

As Engineering Manager, you will lead Mechanical Design and Process System Engineers in project delivery. You will oversee design and technical activities from concept through detailed design while supporting safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. The role reports functionally and daily to the Engineering Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead mechanical and process engineering staff executing design or field work
- Coordinate fundamental design activities for nuclear power plant systems
- Approve engineering documents and project deliverables
- Interface with stakeholders, vendors,



and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Forecast resources and remove barriers affecting performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Skilled Engineer registration in Ontario in good standing
- Ten years of mechanical system analysis and design experience
- Five or more years leading engineering teams
- Security clearance from Candu Energy and Bruce Power
