The Director, Change Enablement and Business Readiness partners with business and functional leaders on people and business-readiness dimensions. You will shape change strategies, assess impacts, and prepare teams to adopt and sustain changes. The work spans processes, technology, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop change and business-readiness strategies aligned with transformation milestones
- Assess impacts, readiness, adoption, and organizational risks
- Set readiness criteria and advise leaders on interventions
- Translate future-state designs into executable business changes




- Monitor adoption measures and guide implementation interventions

Requirements:

- Significant experience in change management or transformation delivery
- Experience translating transformation into readiness plans and adoption outcomes
