Capital is seeking ahigh-performing Associate Portfolio Manager to join the Diversified Equities Team, currently managing the Starlight Dividend Growth Class and Starlight North American Equity Fund. This role will contribute to portfolio construction, risk management and alpha generation in both portfolios. We are looking for an accountable decision-maker to take ownership of the investment management process.

This role will contribute to both portfolio management and support our National Distribution team with their asset gathering objectives. The successful candidate will be self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in acollegial,



high-performance environment. Please note that Starlight Capital staff are in the office five days perweek.

Own the end-to-end investment analysis process for two North American equity mandates Collaborate with other Investment Team members for due diligence and investment analysis Drive alpha through differentiated, high-conviction stock selection and portfolio risk-management Develop proprietary insights through fundamental bottom-up analysis Engage with management teams, analysts, and alternative data sources Serve as akey face of the strategies with Advisors and clients Clearly articulate performance, positioning, and outlook Partner with distribution to support asset growth and retention 3+ year buyside track record in North American equities CFA Charterholder or in process
