As a People Partner, you will advise defined business groups and leadership teams across North America. You will translate business priorities into actions spanning workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change. The position operates predominantly at Tier 3 within SLR’s People operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and leadership teams
- Translate priorities into practical people actions
- Partner on organization design and workforce planning




- Analyze workforce data and recommend practical solutions
- Activate People Calendar activities and regional priorities

Requirements:

- Significant People Partner or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change priorities
- Solid commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Ability to influence leaders without direct authority
- Post-secondary degree; CHRL or CPHR preferred
