This Director leads the Marketing expense FP&A; agenda while helping Manulife strengthen scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. The position partners with Group Finance, Global Functions Finance, Segment Finance, and Enterprise FP&A; teams. It also supports broader Finance Transformation and operating model excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Simplify and automate FP&A; processes
- Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting effectiveness
- Use data and self-service reporting for insights
- Drive consistency across the Expense FP&A; operating model
- Foster collaboration across finance teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive Finance experience
- Demonstrated process improvement and transformation leadership
- Experience leading forecasting and performance reporting
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent designation preferred
