McCain seeks a global commercial excellence leader to build RGM capability, guide transformation, and connect regional growth opportunities across its business.

As Senior Director, you will lead a global team within McCain’s Revenue Growth Management Centre of Excellence. Translate value pools into business cases, embed RGM principles in planning and governance, and strengthen enterprise-wide commercial discipline. Collaborate across global functions and regional organizations without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global RGM capability-building through coaching and practical training
- Create playbooks, tools, and advanced analytics support
- Identify and monitor revenue growth opportunities and value pools
- Embed RGM into planning, S&OP;,



and innovation processes
- Drive alignment across regions and global functions

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of leadership experience
- Large-scale global transformation program management experience
- Experience across Retail, Foodservice, and QSR channels
- Experience partnering with IT and Digital teams
