Duties will be primarily associated with operating 604 (Private, non-revenue) passenger flights, and operating 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. The Captain will be assigned to a dedicated aircraft and work as part of a 3 pilot team, alongside a dedicated cabin attendant. Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight, ensuring the highest level of safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft. Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those outlined in the operations manual. Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for both 604 (Private,



non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals. Crew are expected to go above and beyond whenever possible. Provide explicit guidance, instructions, and support to the flight crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
