- Lead, supervise and coach staff with clear accountability
- Translate strategic priorities into workplans and organizational action
- Oversee performance management, development and conflict resolution
- Support bargaining, grievances, arbitration, benefits and pensions
- Oversee budgets, controls,

Requirements:

- Extensive trade union movement and union setting experience
- Senior human resources and labour relations experience
- Collective Agreement, bargaining, grievance and arbitration expertise
- Financial management, budgeting, reporting and controls experience
- Governance, judgment, communication and conflict-management skills
