This individual contributor owns end-to-end delivery across Salesforce architecture, data engineering, Data360, and platform administration. You will modernize integrations, govern data operations, and support AI capabilities including Salesforce AI and Tableau Next. AGF’s global asset management context requires transparent documentation and dependable data foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Modernize Salesforce schemas, relationships, lifecycle rules, and data flows
- Build APIs, middleware connections, Informatica pipelines, and large-volume loads
- Assess technical debt and lead practical data improvements
- Implement reusable Customer Data and AI capabilities
- Define quality, ownership,



security, lineage, retention, and audit standards

Requirements:

- Six-plus years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales and Service Cloud
- Hands-on schema design, entity relationships, normalization, APIs, and middleware
- Platform development experience with Flow Builder, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with release management and Azure DevOps tooling
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams
