Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end enterprise application design and development
- Architect REST, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and API Gateway integrations
- Implement loan and leasing technology solutions
- Guide teams of five to fifteen developers
- Resolve production issues and establish engineering practices

Requirements:
