Established in 1999 in the heart of Ottawa's historic Glebe neighbourhood, Third Avenue Spa has built a longstanding reputation for exceptional service and luxury spa experiences. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to help build on this strong foundation and contribute to the continued success of our business. Working directly with ownership, you will oversee the daily operations of Third Avenue Spa, lead our team, manage financial performance, and identify opportunities for continued growth. Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and service standards to ensure the business runs effectively. Financial Performance: monitor expenses, review key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.



Lead and develop our team while overseeing human resources, employee relations, and performance management. Minimum five years of management experience, ideally within hospitality, wellness, beauty, or another service-oriented industry. Proven experience managing business operations and leading teams. Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, human resources, or related fields is an asset. Previous spa industry experience would be considered an asset.
