As Director, Learning and Development, you will guide organizational learning strategy and strengthen employee and leadership capabilities. You will create multi-year roadmaps, address capability gaps, and develop learning solutions aligned with business priorities. The role also advances learning technology and AI strategy while supporting meaningful employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multi-year learning roadmaps and capability frameworks
- Identify capability gaps and lead learning initiatives
- Advance learning technology and AI strategy
- Oversee LMS, instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs




- Lead, coach, and develop the Learning team

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- 8+ years of progressive Learning and Development experience
- Experience developing organizational learning strategies and programs
- Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Robust business acumen, communication, and influencing skills
