Lead information security investigations and customer support at ServiceNow, using cloud security and application security expertise in Canada.

As a Staff Information Security Analyst, you will represent the ServiceNow Security Organization through the Global Security Support Center. You will manage security matters involving the platform, customers, internal stakeholders, and Security and Privacy questions. The work requires communication, analytical problem-solving, web application vulnerability knowledge, and cloud security understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own, triage, investigate, and respond to platform security matters
- Represent security during customer-facing incidents, cases, and calls
- Coordinate security workflows with customers and internal teams
- Create documentation, processes,



and security enablement programs
- Support on-call coverage, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

- At least eight years of information or application security experience
- Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Status
- Understanding of cloud models and security technologies
- Knowledge of OWASP vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
