You will align technical work with strategic objectives while coordinating interdependencies across IT, product, operations, and business units. Key Responsibilities:

- Align technology roadmaps with TSA’s strategic objectives
- Coordinate IT workstreams and resolve technical risks

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years leading IT program managers
- Enterprise systems design and software development experience
- Experience with Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Snowflake
- Background managing concurrent, cross-functional software projects
- Strong communication with C-suite and diverse stakeholders
