As a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer, you will build, configure, and test customer contact center solutions. The work includes IVR menus, queues, routing, CRM integrations, and conversational AI components. You will implement approved specifications accurately, test production-focused configurations, and document technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build DTMF IVR menus with hierarchies, mappings, prompts, and navigation logic
- Configure multilingual messaging, consent prompts, and after-hours notifications
- Implement queues, fallback rules, overflow handling, callbacks, and transfers
- Configure CRM, virtual agent, Agent Assist,



and desktop integrations
- Execute tests, support UAT, and resolve configuration defects

Requirements:

- Five-plus years configuring cloud contact center IVR solutions
- Two-plus years hands-on Google Cloud CCAIP experience
- Understanding of DTMF, routing, queues, transfers, and timeouts
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and conversational AI integrations
- Transparent technical documentation and spoken and written English
