This Project Director role suits a seasoned construction leader who can guide a complex development from pre-construction through completion. You will report to the VP, Construction, provide hands-on leadership, and support exceptional outcomes across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. The position emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong relationships throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and oversight across construction stages
- Guide project planning, delivery, and operational performance
- Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and contractual requirements




- Develop people and strengthen project team performance
- Drive collaboration among internal and external project partners

Requirements:

- 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop construction teams
- Knowledge of scheduling, financial management, and safety requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
