Lead Vessi’s operations, distribution, and IT infrastructure across Canada and the US, combining logistics strategy with hands-on performance management. As Director, Operations & Distribution, you will own fulfillment, systems, logistics economics, and external relationships. Your scope includes 3PL and warehouse networks, freight, cross-border operations, inventory flow, returns, data integrity, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Own distribution and fulfillment strategy across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale Lead freight, parcel, transportation, and cross-border logistics strategy Manage inventory movement, returns, and fulfillment cost performance Oversee systems, integrations, data integrity, uptime, and incidents Lead peak planning, dashboards,



root-cause analysis, and corrective actions

Requirements:
