Skyline Recruitment is partnering with a reputable residential builder seeking an experienced Project Manager. You will guide projects from pre-construction planning through delivery, coordinating design teams, site personnel, trades, suppliers, and ownership groups. The role covers complete project execution across the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full lifecycles for wood-frame residential developments
- Maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk assessments
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, trades, and suppliers
- Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs,



and documentation
- Oversee tendering, trade awards, and procurement strategies

Requirements:

- Seven to twelve years of construction experience
- Three-plus years managing wood-frame residential projects
- Multi-family sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement knowledge
- BC developer-builder or general contractor experience
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
