Drive strategic FP&A; at Other.™, combining forecasting, commercial analysis, and finance technology in a flexible hybrid environment. Partner with the CFO as the company integrates Planning and Performance.As Director of Finance, you will connect day-to-day financial precision with executive advisory across a privately owned Toronto-based team. You will lead consolidated budgeting, multi-year forecasting, capital allocation, and scenario modeling for new business, US expansion, and service lines.

The position also oversees finance systems, automation, and operational controls.Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years of progressive finance and accounting experienceLeadership experience across finance operationsAgency experience with profitability and client retainers preferredKnowledge of GAAP or IFRS and cash flow modelingExceptional collaboration across executive leadership teamsCombine FP&A; leadership, financial systems expertise, and commercial insight to build Other.™'s integrated finance function.
