Lead backend infrastructure at Fullscript through Ruby on Rails expertise, people leadership, and hands-on technical direction across developer productivity. As Engineering Manager, you will lead the backend infrastructure team supporting Fullscript’s core Ruby on Rails application. You will guide technical direction, develop engineers, and connect platform investments with product delivery. The work spans application architecture, testing, reliability, security, shared tooling, and cross-team execution.
