Responsibilities span internal needs analysis, requests for quotations and proposals, bid recommendations, contract drafting, purchase orders, renewals, closeout, and archiving. The specialist improves tools and processes while maintaining policy and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:

Plan sourcing strategies for operational goods and servicesPrepare RFx documents and evaluate competitive bidsDraft contracts and purchase orders after negotiating termsTrack contract approvals, renewals, amendments,
