You will action transactions, follow ONE Insurance standards, and identify suitable coverage. The role also supports Personal Lines processing and cross sells available auto extension products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Action Auto Insurance transactions in a friendly manner
- Generate leads through the Prospector Program
- Ensure optimum coverage options during Autopac transactions
- Actively cross sell available auto extension products

Requirements:

- One year of comparable customer service experience preferred
- Manitoba licensing and IWS Certification considered assets
- Applied EPIC broker management system familiarity considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and productive organization
- Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check required
