The Naked Sprout Cafe & Eatery is looking our next super star SUPERVISOR!Plant-based cafe located in the heart of Whistler Village.

Locally owned and operated by a passionate long term local.Looking for a supervisor who is also passionate about serving delicious fresh food & beverage while delivering incredible customer service and willing in participating in the development and growth of the cafe!

Minimum 2 years in Kitchen & Supervisor position mandatory for this role.

- Overseeing Day-Day operations of the cafe
- Training new staff and leading by example
- Cash handling, Order taking, Food preparation, Cleaning, etc
- Ensuring Food Safety practices are always followed and apply by all employees.
- Assisting with menu development, new recipes, catering menus
- Ensuring food preparation runs smoothly and efficiently and is made accordingly to the cafe guidelines
- Managing social media marketing (Experience an asset)




- Assist with deliveries if possible (Own vehicle an asset and would be compensated for usage)

SCHEDULE:
- 40h / week
- Year round position
- Fixed schedule

WAGE:
- $21-$24/hour (based on experience) + $6-$12/hour in tips

REQUIREMENTS:
- Full-time Commitment
- Work permit valid for a minimum of 1 year.
- Secure housing in Whistler
