Job Summary The Supervisor coordinates daily restaurant and food service operations, supports the team, and helps deliver attentive customer service. This hands-on role combines team leadership with practical support across the kitchen and service areas.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily tasks, guide team members, and help maintain smooth service during busy periods.
- Support food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling while following food safety practices.
- Assist with POS transactions and cash handling; use Micros POS where applicable.
- Help interview candidates and support team management, clear communication, and consistent customer service.

Requirements Required: Practical leadership, communication,



and team coordination skills are significant for guiding daily work, supporting service, and handling customer needs. Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, serving, food handling, food safety, POS transactions, and cash handling supports the role’s operational duties.

Preferred: Supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food industry experience is helpful, as are restaurant management, interviewing, Micros POS, bartending, barista, or hotel experience.

Pay: $37.60-$39.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
