The Supply Chain Development Regional Manager contributes to Maersk’s Global Supply Chain Development function within Sales & Marketing. Working with account managers, the manager identifies opportunities, qualifies customer needs, and pitches customized logistics solutions. The position serves Key, Strategic, and Enterprise Clients while collaborating with commercial pursuit teams.

It also supports repeatable selling frameworks, team capabilities, and thought leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Grow supply chain solution sales across prioritized Maersk customer segments

Identify customer needs and develop tailored Maersk value propositions

Engage account managers,



sales leaders, and product managers

Contribute to repeatable supply chain solution selling frameworks

Support SCD leadership priorities and global best-practice sharing

Requirements

10+ years in supply chain management and logistics

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or similar discipline

Consultative logistics sales experience with direct customer engagement

Expertise in supply chain modelling, analysis, and optimization tools

English and local language fluency; Spanish or Portuguese desirable
