Overview

We are looking for responsive, organised people who can review generated exchanges with care and clarity. You will examine generated support-style conversations for helpful wording, relevant context and sensible next responses while evaluating AI-generated voice, image and video content. This chance is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine generated support-style conversations for helpful wording, relevant context and sensible next responses.
- Compare paired exchanges for clarity, empathy, relevance and useful guidance.
- Explain which response best acknowledges the situation and moves it forward.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and transparent written communication.
- Ability to recognise clear and considerate communication in everyday conversations.
- Ability to use conversation-rating criteria and flag unclear exchanges.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
