Operate critical refinery equipment at Suncor’s Syncrude Mildred Lake site in Fort McMurray, using troubleshooting and process monitoring skills. Work 12-hour shifts on a 3-day, 3-night, 6-off schedule.As a Process Operator, you will work with an experienced crew within an operating unit at the Primary Upgrader. The work includes equipment operation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjusting process variables.

You will support protected, environmentally sound operations and product quality by following established practices, procedures, operating guidelines, and refinery management systems.Key Responsibilities:

Two years of refinery experience4th Class Power Engineering certificate required3rd or 2nd Class certificate preferredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to perform heavy lifting and work in confined spacesBring refinery operations, equipment monitoring, and troubleshooting expertise to Suncor’s Syncrude Mildred Lake Process Operator position.
