This frontline supervisor oversees centralized talent acquisition programs and interview scheduling support. You will manage priorities, service levels, escalations, quality, reporting, and governance. The role also strengthens team capability through onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous improvement across a global, matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities: Distribute workloads, prioritize requests, and manage team capacity

Oversee centralized talent acquisition processes and interview scheduling support

Resolve operational questions, stakeholder concerns, and escalations

Develop reporting, dashboards, and operational insights





Lead process reviews, documentation updates, and improvement initiatives

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and six years’ relevant experience

Four years’ experience in talent acquisition operations or related functions

Experience supporting campus programs

Experience with coaching, onboarding, training, or team leadership

Microsoft Office and relevant talent or enterprise systems proficiency

Supervise RSM talent acquisition operations using coaching, interview scheduling, reporting, governance, and process improvement expertise.
