As Elysium's Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care for people with learning disabilities and autism. The service supports individuals who may have severe learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge, communication difficulties, sensory impairments, epilepsy, and physical health problems. You will help develop the service, meet financial targets, and deputise as service lead.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Home Manager in leading high-quality care delivery
- Supervise staff and promote effective teamwork




- Coordinate the on-call service and manage budgets
- Plan and monitor person-centred care
- Prepare contract reviews with the Registered Manager

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards
