Support youth through trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and meaningful relationships in Stony Plain or Spruce Grove. Full time schedules run Monday to Friday. As a Child and Youth Care Worker, you will provide individualized care for children and youth with complex behavioural, emotional, and trauma-related needs. You will build trust, model healthy boundaries, and support individualized therapeutic plans. Success requires patience, empathy, accountability, and consistent engagement.

Requirements:
