Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in Canada We're hiring a Talent Partner to be the second member of our Americas Talent team, reporting to our Lead Talent Partner. You'll join a team spread across AMER, EMEA and APAC. Partner with Lead Talent Partners to design and manage the full candidate journey for evergreen and specialist roles across engineering, product, design and operations, from first outreach to signed offer.

Run intro calls and act as each candidate's main point of contact, keeping them informed, prepared and respected at every stage. Coordinate interview loops, and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers so processes keep moving and feedback stays timely.

Run outbound: find passive candidates,



write outreach people actually answer, and test what works. Use AI tools deliberately to source smarter and move faster, which frees up your time for the human parts of recruiting. Keep our ATS clean and current so we can trust our data. 3+ years of recruiting experience with real exposure to technical hiring, whether agency, in-house or both. ~ You can push back on a hiring manager and turn down a candidate, and both still trust you afterward. ~ Comfort with cold outreach.

The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD annually.
