Provide subject matter expertise to support the team’s adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), identifying practical ways to enhance software development, testing, deployment and ongoing application supportDesign and develop AI-enabled solutions and integrations, including capabilities that complement applications built using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and API-based architecturesPrototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies, and apply promising developments into practical use cases and solutions for the Scrum teamExplore the use of generative AI, AI agents and AI-assisted development tools within software engineering workflowsIdentify opportunities to apply AI to software testing and quality engineering, including test design, test automation, defect analysis and other engineering activitiesExplore opportunities to improve DevOps and software deployment processes through AI-assisted automationEstablish reusable technical approaches, patterns and components to enable successful experiments to be adopted consistently across applicationsCollaborate with developers, testers, architects, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with existing applications and engineering practicesSupport the assessment of AI solutions from architectural, security, privacy,

University degree or college diploma in computer science, software engineering, information technology or engineeringProfessional training or certification in one or more relevant areas, including Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud architecture, or software developmentAny security clearance holder would be a plus.A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership within an enterprise application development environmentA minimum of two (2) years of recent demonstrated work experience designing, developing, prototyping, evaluating, or integrating artificial intelligence or generative AI capabilities into applications or software engineering processesA minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated work experience with Microsoft cloud or application technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform,



or related Microsoft development technologiesDemonstrated experience designing or integrating solutions using REST APIs, SDKs, cloud services, or other application integration technologiesDemonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum software development team and providing technical leadership, subject matter expertise, or knowledge transfer to developers, testers, architects, product owners, or other technical stakeholdersDemonstrated experience applying automation, AI-enabled tools, or emerging technologies to improve at least two (2) areas of the software development lifecycle, such as software development, testing, quality engineering, DevOps, deployment, application support, or operational monitoringTechnical Skills
