Technical Program

Managers are key contributors to Akamai's success. You will be responsible for leading projects and developing processes that enable us to measure and improve performance resulting in improved customer satisfaction.As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for: Leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmapAnalyzing risks and developing contingency plansIdentifying and communicating backlog of work with key stakeholders, guiding them in priorities based on business needsCommunicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders with appropriate frequency, using standardized methodsMaintaining and iterating on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendarDo what you love Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeDemonstrate experience working with JIRA and ConfluencePossess experience in Identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestonesHave experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS,

We trust our incredible employees to work in ways that suit them best: at home, in an office, or a combination of both.The base salary for this position ranges from 92,900 - 167,100 CAD/year; a candidate’s salary isdetermined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
