Technical Program Manager- AI-Driven Product Delivery

AI now lets anyone prompt an app into existence in minutes. What is scarce is judgment: knowing what to ship, what to refactor, and what will hold up under real users. That is where TechCare competes, and that is the work this role leads.

The role

You will be the senior delivery owner across our client programs, building the playbook for how an AI-

augmented dedicated team runs. You will work with founders and CTOs on one side and our Edmonton and Global engineers on the other. You will own timelines, scope and risk so clients always know what is shipping next, and why.

What you will do

- Own delivery across multiple concurrent client programs, from discovery and sprint planning to launch and post-launch support.
- Be a trusted advisor to founders. Turn funding milestones and investor deadlines into realistic roadmaps and weekly demos.
- Hold the line on scope, budget and quality while keeping communication radically transparent: daily updates, direct access, no surprises.
- Coordinate across Canada and Bangladesh so delivery runs smoothly across time zones with minimal handoff friction.
- Introduce and standardize AI-assisted delivery: automated reporting, AI-supported QA, estimation and documentation.




- Partner with engineering leads on architecture, capacity and technical trade-offs, including HIPAA,
- PHIPA and PIPEDA requirements for health clients.
- Mentor project managers and tech leads, and build the dashboards and delivery metrics that show leadership how every program is doing.
- Support pre-sales scoping calls and MVP-versus-full-build recommendations.

What you bring

- 7+ years in technical program or project management at a software agency, studio or product
- company, with proven ownership of multiple concurrent programs.
- A track record of delivering web and mobile products (iOS, Android, Flutter or React Native) with
- distributed engineering teams.
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, cloud (AWS), CI/CD, and agile and hybrid delivery.
- Comfort working directly with founders and executives, including managing scope, budget and
- expectations.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or similar tools, and with AI tools used in delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.

Nice to have

- Experience in regulated spaces such as healthcare or fintech (HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, SR&ED;).
- Experience managing teams across North America and South Asia.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe or similar certification.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or client onboarding.
