This is a full-time permanent position.As a Proposal Specialist, you will develop accurate customer-focused responses to RFPs and RFQs. You will combine proposal preparation, cost allocation, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to the Proposals Manager and supports Survalent’s smart grid solutions for utilities.Key Responsibilities:

Analyze RFP and RFQ requirements for technical and commercial proposalsPrepare accurate proposals covering scope, methodology, and implementation servicesGather technical, financial, and operational information from teamsPartner with sales representatives to maintain target marginsTrack quotations,



orders, customer files, and proposal workloadsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related fieldMinimum five years in application engineering or comparable rolesExperience in SCADA, automation, or information technology preferredAdvanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiencyStrong English writing, analytical, organizational, and negotiating skillsApply proposal writing, technical aptitude, and commercial analysis to support Survalent’s utility-focused sales proposals and solutions.
