Lead technology M&A; diligence at RSM, analyzing cost models, applications, and transaction requirements within a hybrid workstyle.This Manager role sits within RSM’s Deal Services practice and supports private equity and strategic clients. You will lead client-facing consulting engagements, oversee technology workstreams, and evaluate transaction impacts. The work spans financial modeling, application analysis, integration, separation, and Transition Service Agreements.Key Responsibilities:

Lead client meetings, timelines, deliverables, and budget adherenceDevelop transaction cost models and analyze technology cost driversAssess ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business applicationsLead post-close technology workstreams with Integration/Separation teamsProduce diligence reports supporting critical transaction meetingsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree requiredSix to eleven years of experienceClient-facing consulting engagement experiencePrivate equity or strategic transaction experience preferredTechnology diligence or post-close leadership experience preferredBring technology diligence, financial modeling, and transaction leadership expertise to RSM’s nationally award-winning Deal Services practice.
