Technology Procurement & Vendor Management Coordinator

Location: Downtown Toronto (4 Days Onsite)

Contract: 12 Months

Rate: Up to $32/hr

Your Current Role

Our client is seeking a Technology Procurement & Vendor Management Coordinator to support technology sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, and procurement activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build experience in IT procurement, vendor management, technology sourcing, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- 0–3 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, Operations, Business Administration, Project Coordination, Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable interacting with vendors and business stakeholders
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in technology, software, cloud solutions, or IT services
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Key Responsibilities

- Support vendor onboarding, contract renewals,



and procurement activities
- Assist with RFPs, RFQs, and vendor evaluations
- Track vendor spend, contracts, and renewal dates
- Coordinate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Security, and Procurement teams
- Participate in vendor meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Help identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Support vendor performance reviews and reporting

- Exposure to contracts, procurement, vendor management, or technology purchasing
- Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Technology, or Information Systems education
- Internship, co-op, or entry-level experience in a corporate environment
