Experience in Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related disciplines.





A proven track record of improving organizational effectiveness through governance, operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical, commercial, and operational capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into action.

Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation, agile delivery practices, and organizational change.

Influence strategic decisions and technology investments that support future growth.

Drive meaningful transformation and organizational maturity across the business.

Work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions and gain broad exposure across the organization.

Lead high-impact initiatives that improve customer outcomes, operational performance, and business effectiveness.

Help build scalable operating models and ways of working that enable sustainable success.
