infrastructure and support teams during deployment and commissioning activities; Produce and maintain technical drawings, flow matrices, operating procedures and solution documentation; Ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to the development of the expertise of internal resources.The profile sought is as follows: Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure; Understand multi-site enterprise networking environments, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewalls, and segmentation. Analyze and diagnose network issues using packet capture techniques and complex incident analysis; Administer Cisco and Fortinet environments; Understand high availability mechanisms and centralized management tools; Design telecommunications solutions and produce schematics and associated implementation plans; Document changes, configurations, and technical procedures; Apply cybersecurity practices related to flow control, logging, and vulnerability management; Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
