About the Role

Bridge Facility Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Building Operator or Maintenance Person for office/retail property in Victoria. This is a temporary position starting ASAP.

Schedule & Hours:

- 40 hours per week total:
- Hours: 8AM-4PM (Mon-Fri excluding stat holidays)
- Additional hours may be available on an as-needed basis.
- This role is temporary and will be needed until further notice.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks.
- Handy tasks including, painting, small repair, landscaping work, etc.
- Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, mechanical, life safety, etc.).
- Conduct preventative maintenance and site inspections.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
- Communicate regularly with the client and management team.
