Oatey’s Bélanger business is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Alberta, and British Columbia. The position combines customer visits, business reviews, trade events, product presentations, and competitive market monitoring. You will strengthen relationships with wholesalers, plumbers, contractors, showrooms, designers, sales representatives, and internal teams while expanding distribution and product placement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews

Increase product placement, distribution, and market share

Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions





Provide market feedback on opportunities and competitive activity

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records

Requirements

Minimum three years in sales, business development, or account management

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to develop business independently and identify opportunities

Plumbing or related building product experience is an asset

Valid driver’s license and Alberta residency required
