Job DescriptionJob RequirementsAbout the RoleThe Territory Manager – Business Loan (Direct) is responsible for sourcing loans through Direct channel partners, while building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. The role involves managing a team, fostering robust relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels. The role holder must ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines, balancing business growth with risk management to support the broader objectives of the bank.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.Stay updated on retail asset products, operations,



and current market trends.Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition.Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Secondary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to support automation and digital initiatives.Contribute to the bank’s growth targets by supporting strategic sales and service initiatives.

What We Are Looking ForEducationGraduate in any discipline.Postgraduate qualification is preferred.

ExperienceMinimum 2years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Skills and AttributesStrong understanding of retail lending products and credit operations.Proven ability to manage sales channels and drive business growth.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential..Analytical mindset with a focus on portfolio quality and risk management.Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
