Role Description The Test Engineer role at Snypar Technologies is a full-time remote position focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-powered software products and digital solutions. In this role, the Test Engineer will design, document, and maintain test cases, perform test execution across functional areas, and collaborate with developers and product teams to identify and resolve issues. Daily responsibilities include functional testing of applications and APIs,



validating integrations and workflows, reporting and tracking defects, and contributing to regression and acceptance testing cycles.

The Test

Engineer will also help improve testing processes, support test automation initiatives, and participate in reviews to ensure that solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Engineering and Testing, with experience in structured QA processes and methodologies.

- Candidates should possess hands-on skills in designing and maintaining Test Cases and performing thorough Test Execution.

- Candidates should possess practical experience in Functional Testing of web, API, and backend systems.

- Familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and version control (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Git) is beneficial.

- Experience with test automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) is a plus.

- Understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD pipelines, and working in agile teams is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
