Job Overview

As a Tim Hortons Afternoon Team Member, you’ll help keep service welcoming and efficient while preparing food and supporting smooth afternoon operations. You’ll work with teammates to serve customers promptly and maintain a clean, organized restaurant.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food and beverages, following food-handling, food-safety, and sanitation practices.
- Use the POS system to process orders and payments, handle cash accurately, and complete basic math.
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and suggest relevant items through attentive service and appropriate upselling.
- Manage time across kitchen and service tasks, keeping work areas clean and coordinating with colleagues during busy periods.

Requirements Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, time management,



and careful food handling are practical capabilities for preparing orders, serving customers, and processing transactions accurately.

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, cashiering, or kitchen experience is helpful, as is familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, cash handling, food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and upselling.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
