Scaling Precision Medicine with PhenoTips At PhenoTips, we are transforming genetic medicine by helping healthcare providers seamlessly integrate genomic insights into patient care. Backed by top Canadian investors, leading healthcare institutions, and researchers, our platform powers precision medicine for health systems, clinics, and research organizations worldwide. Our product is used by genomic health care providers around the world, and we aim to provide best in class workflow solutions for this specialty. We are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager who can take a client from a signed agreement to a live, working solution. You will lead implementations and integrations with hospitals, labs and partner platforms. You’ll work closely with our engineering, sales, product and DevOps teams to scope the work, build the plan and keep delivery on track. You will also bring structure to our projects and help build the playbooks that shape how PhenoTips delivers. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working between clients and engineers, turning technical detail into clear plans, and owning outcomes from kickoff to go live. Pay range: $115,000 to $140,000. We understand that compensation is a large factor in evaluating opportunities. This pay range represents our target for the role, and is determined by market data, the planned responsibilities, and internal equity. Offers are usually near the midpoint, but the final amount may be adjusted based on your experience and skills. One Year From Now, Here’s How You’ll Be Seen: Your Team Sees You As – The person who brings order to complex work. Engineers trust your estimates, sales trusts your scoping, and everyone knows what is happening and what comes next. Customers See You As – A steady, knowledgeable partner who makes implementation feel predictable. They know their project is in good hands from kickoff to go live and beyond. The Company Sees You As – A trusted delivery leader who protects margins, provides predictable outcomes and builds the processes that let PhenoTips take on more clients without losing quality. How You’ll Make This Happen Lead Implementations from Kickoff to Go Live
• Own end to end delivery of client implementations and integrations, from scoping and requirements through kickoff, testing, deployment and go live.
• Run internal and client kickoff meetings that set clear objectives, roles, timelines and success criteria.
• Coordinate integrations with hospital systems, labs and partner platforms, working with engineering, customers and vendor partners.
• Plan and manage testing and acceptance phases, including user acceptance testing, interface testing and validation signoff.
• Work with engineering and DevOps to line up client timelines with our CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
• Manage delivery in agile and hybrid frameworks, turning fixed client commitments into sprint ready work in Jira or similar tools. Own Scope, Risk and Project Finances
• Write clear statements of work that define scope, assumptions, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

• Apply rigorous change control so that scope changes are documented, assessed and approved before work begins.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, and escalate early with recommended options.
• Manage project budgets, track labour hours and costs, and find opportunities to reduce effort.
• Build and vet solution cost models for PhenoTips offerings. Sales Support and Enablement
• Partner with sales as a technical resource during presales by scoping solutions, joining client calls and building estimates with engineering.
• Contribute to RFP and RFI responses, including technical and security sections.
• Support security questionnaires and data processing agreements, bringing in privacy and security experts as needed (PHIPA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2). Manage Resources and Stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate resources across concurrent projects, balancing team capacity with client commitments.
• Build strong relationships with client sponsors, IT teams and partner organizations, and act as the escalation point of contact.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders informed with regular status reports on progress, risks and decisions needed.
• Lead change management for clients and internal teams as they adopt new workflows and processes. Build Our Delivery Practice
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, templates and checklists for implementation and project delivery.
• Choose and manage the project management tools that support our process.
• Recommend improvements to how we deliver, based on lessons learned from each project. What You Bring
