Job Title: Order Picker

Timber-Tech Building Solutions is a Canadian company that builds quality walls and floors for residential construction in our prefabrication shop. We provide a positive work workplace for our employees and excellent value for our customers. Timber-Tech Building Solutions is looking to hire a order picker to work in our shop based in Balzac, AB. The position will report directly to the Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking orders daily for deliveries
- Maintaining a safe and organized yard environment
- Loading, unloading, replenishing and restocking inventory.
- Completing paperwork for orders, returns and damaged good.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Adhere to safely protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks for extended periods of time.
- Experience with and/or around machinery and equipment is an asset but not mandatory.




- You are comfortable using hand tools, power tools and machines.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in an industrial setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.

Pay is based on qualifications and experience. Join our team as an Order Picker to contribute to our warehouse operations efficiently and accurately.
